Yates wanted to understand the recovery barriers for APVMA regulated product packaging and develop a roadmap to improve resource recovery. 

Approach: Through extensive external engagement with industry experts, global benchmarking and evaluation of case studies, we developed a multi-criteria assessment to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of initiatives to improve the recovery of regulated product packaging.

  • Roadmap outlined a clear path of priority initiatives to overcome current barriers to recovery. 

  • Roadmap outlined key responsibilities and partners to maximise effectiveness of solutions. 

  • Roadmap has been used to prioritise internal projects and external engagement for Yates/
